Shipping

All orders are dispatched through Royal Mail using the following services:

Domestic (UK)

Second class - delivery within 2-5 working days, tracked

First class - delivery within 1-3 working days, tracked

International

International Standard - delivery within 1-2 weeks*, no tracking

International Tracked - delivery within 1-2 weeks*, tracked

* all delivery aims are estimates based on several years experience shipping through these services and can vary, particularly during busy periods.

Processing times

I aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. This may be longer at certain times of year, so if your order has not dispatched within 3 working days or you haven't received notification please check my social media accounts or email me at artofclairespiller@gmail.com.

EU orders

I am unable to process any customs, taxes or other handling fees on my end, so please be aware that your order may be held pending payment of these. 

Please use my Etsy shop if you would prefer to pay fees upfront. 

Customs fees and additional charges

For international orders there will likely be additional charges such as custom fees and import taxes that apply. The package may be held until these fees are paid. Payment of fees is the responsibility of the buyer. I will not falsify customs forms in order to avoid fees as this is illegal. 

Incorrect address 

If you enter the wrong address at checkout you will be able to change this at any time before the order is shipped by emailing me at artofclairespiller@gmail.com

Once the order is shipped I am unable to change the delivery address. These are usually returned to sender and I can then redirect it to a correct address, but the buyer is responsible for the additional postage costs and any return fees. 

Late or lost orders

Please allow three weeks after the delivery window has passed before reporting a lost parcel, particularly during busy periods. Once orders without tracking are dropped off at the post office I am no longer able to locate them and am not responsible for their whereabouts. 

For lost parcels, I recommend contacting your local post office to check if your order is being held with attached customs fees. If the order still hasn't turned up at this point I can provide a refund. 

Damaged or missing items

Damaged items should be photographed and sent to artofclairespiller@gmail.com, after which I may offer a refund or replacement. 

In the case of missing or wrong items in your order please contact me via the above email so I can resolve things. I'm a one-person business so unfortunately these things do happen but it is extremely rare.
